Geoff Regan, M.P.

Geoff Regan was elected in November of 2000 to his second term as the Member of Parliament for Halifax West. Before entering politics, Geoff practiced law and was an active community volunteer. He has worked with minor hockey and ringette, the Metro Food Bank Society, Habitat for Humanity, the MS Society and the Alzheimer’s Society. The proud father of three, Geoff and his wife Kelly reside in Bedford and still remain very active in their community. 

In the fall of 2001, Geoff was sworn in as the Parliamentary Secretary to the Government House Leader. He is a member of the House of Commons Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs. 

A proud Nova Scotian, Geoff has dedicated his life to serving the people of his province. He is well known as an open, accessible and hardworking M.P.
